2) What data we collect
We collect only the data you enter in the early access form:
- Email address
- Any additional fields you add to the form (date)
3) Purpose of processing
We use your email only to:
- send you an early access invite / beta link,
- notify you when IronYou launches or when there is something real to test.
We do not sell your email and we do not use it for unrelated newsletters.
4) Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent (you sign up voluntarily and can withdraw at any time). Under GDPR, you must be informed about the processing and your rights.
5) Recipients and processors (Netlify)
Our website and form submissions are hosted and processed by Netlify as our service provider (processor). Form submissions are stored in Netlify and can be accessed by us in the Netlify dashboard.
6) International data transfers
Netlify may process personal data outside the EEA. For transfers to countries without an adequacy decision, Netlify states it uses legal mechanisms such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7) Retention
We keep your email until:
- we send you the invite / launch link and you no longer want updates, or
- you withdraw your consent / ask us to delete your email, or
- at the latest, 6 months after collection if the project is not launched.
8) Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you have the right to: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, and to withdraw consent at any time.

9) Complaints
If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the Czech Republic, this is the ÚOOÚ (Office for Personal Data Protection).
10) Cookies
This landing page does not intentionally use tracking cookies for advertising. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and (where required) request consent.
