These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IronYou website, app, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with appropriate permission where required by law.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably updated.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security, abuse, or legal risks.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the Services.
  • Upload malicious code or misuse automation in a harmful way.
  • Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services except where allowed by law.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the workout data, templates, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, store, display, and use that data as necessary to operate, improve, and secure the Services.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, are owned by or licensed to IronYou and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Beta and evolving features

Some parts of the Services may be beta, experimental, or early access features. Features may change, break, be updated, or be removed at any time.

9. Fitness disclaimer

IronYou is a workout tracking and training support tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for your own training decisions, health, physical condition, and safety.

10. Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or if we discontinue the Services.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronYou will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here and revise the “Last updated” date.
