THE MOVEMENT
How to perform
Set one foot on the machine platform with the ball of the foot supported and the heel free.
Keep the body stable and lower the working heel into a controlled stretch.
Rise onto the ball of the working foot as high as you can control.
Pause at the top, lower slowly, and repeat before switching sides.
