THE MOVEMENT

How to perform

  1. Sit on the edge of a bench, place the hands beside the hips, and move the hips just in front of the bench.
  2. Keep the shoulders down and bend the elbows to lower the body under control.
  3. Stop at a shoulder range that feels comfortable rather than forcing extra depth.
  4. Press through the hands to extend the elbows and return to the start.
