YOUR WORKOUT, SUMMARIZED
A completed session is more than “done.”
IronYou can bring the work you recorded into a useful post-workout summary. See the shape of the session, review the exercises and sets you completed, and recognize achievements supported by your actual training history.

IRON FORGED · POST-WORKOUT CINEMATIC
Every Workout, Forged Into Progress.
When a workout is complete, Iron Forged can turn its verified training data into a cinematic moment. The session's duration, completed work and eligible achievements get room to land—and when a personal record or rank transition is earned, it can take the spotlight.
A cinematic finish for the work you actually completed.

Iron Forged uses the completed workout's recorded data. A personal record or rank-up appears only when the result meets the verification rules.
CORE · UNDERSTAND YOUR PERFORMANCE
A result tells you what happened. Context helps you understand it.
IronYou's workout completion experience can surface supported Core takeaways from recorded performance and relevant training context. Core is being developed to extend this into broader analysis of exercise history, consistency, repeated performance changes and useful next steps.
Its role is interpretation: make the relevant evidence easier to understand, explain what it supports and acknowledge when there is not enough history to draw a conclusion.
Explore the wider IronYou Core experienceONE WORKOUT VS. LONG-TERM PROGRESS
A single session is a signal, not the whole story.
One strong workout does not prove lasting progress. One weaker workout does not prove a plateau. Core's developing analysis can look across comparable performances and consider consistency and available context before describing a pattern.
What did you complete?
Review the exercises, sets and recorded performance from this workout.
What changed over time?
Compare the same exercise across sessions when the records support a fair comparison.
Is there enough evidence?
Look for a recurring pattern and relevant context before calling it a plateau or suggesting a change.
ILLUSTRATIVE ANALYSIS EXAMPLE
Bench Press: look at the change and the pattern.
The example below shows how observed records can be separated from interpretation and a possible next step. It is not a real user's data or a generated Core response.
Illustrative values only. They do not describe a real IronYou user.
- OBSERVED FACT
The latest set has two fewer reps than the two earlier comparable sets at the same weight.
- INTERPRETATION
One lower session alone does not establish a plateau. The available history shows a change, not its cause.
- USEFUL NEXT STEP
Review whether the next comparable session returns to the previous pattern. Consider relevant context before changing the plan.
This is an educational scenario, not an actual Core analysis, recommendation or promise of a particular result.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Workout results and analysis.
What is Iron Forged?
Iron Forged is IronYou's cinematic post-workout experience. It presents verified information from a completed workout, including session details and achievements when the data supports them.
Does every completed workout show a personal record or rank-up?
No. Iron Forged can celebrate a verified personal record or Strength Rank transition when one was earned. A workout without a new achievement can still be summarized using its recorded workout data.
What can Iron Forged include in a workout summary?
Depending on the available records, a summary can include duration, exercises, working sets and eligible training volume. Verified personal records and rank transitions appear only when the completed workout qualifies.
How is Core Workout Analysis different from Iron Forged?
Iron Forged presents verified workout results and achievements. Core Workout Analysis is being developed to interpret relevant training context, such as exercise history and performance patterns, and help consider a useful next step.
Can one weaker workout prove I have reached a plateau?
No. One lower result is a single data point. A plateau needs a repeated pattern across comparable training, with enough relevant history to interpret what may be happening.
Does Core diagnose pain or guarantee progress?
No. Core is not a medical diagnosis service and cannot guarantee a training outcome. Its developing guidance depends on supported workflows and the information available.
Can I use IronYou Workout Analysis now?
IronYou is pre-launch. Iron Forged and supported Core takeaways are implemented in the application development codebase, while broader workout and long-term analysis continues to develop. The complete application is not publicly available yet.
