INTRODUCING IRONYOU CORE

IN DEVELOPMENT · IRONYOU IS PRE-LAUNCH

Meet Core. Your AI Training Coach.

Your workouts tell a story. Core is being built to turn that history into smarter plans, clearer progress insights and better training decisions.

Core features are at different stages and will roll out progressively. Early Access shares product updates; it does not provide immediate access to the complete app.

Log work and use supported guidance during the workout.

  5. 05Review & analyze

Look at recorded performance and patterns over time.

  6. 06Adapt

Consider supported changes, then review them before applying.

AI WORKOUT PLANNING

A plan shaped around the training you can do.

IronYou's authenticated planning experience supports workout plans, including weekly plans. It can account for relevant details such as your goal, experience, available training days, equipment and practical constraints.

Plan a week when you need a broader structure, or prepare a single session for today. These are different planning needs, and Core is being developed to support both in their appropriate workflows.

Availability: Planning is part of the authenticated IronYou experience. The complete app is pre-launch and is not publicly available yet.

COACHING WHERE YOU TRAIN

Ask about the workout you actually did.

A generic chatbot only knows the training details you tell it. Core is being developed inside IronYou, where relevant profile information, goals, active-workout details and recorded exercise history can support applicable coaching workflows.

That can make a question more specific: how today's set compares with the last one, what has changed in a lift, or what context might matter before your next session.

Context depends on the question, the supported workflow and the information available. Core does not automatically access every data source for every answer.

YOUR TRAINING DATA, EXPLAINED

Logging records the work. Core helps make sense of it.

With enough relevant history, Core is being developed to help interpret more than a single set: how exercises are changing, how consistently you train, where progress may have slowed, and how your training is balanced.

Analysis depends on the records and supported signals available. A short or incomplete history may not be enough to draw a useful conclusion.

01 · WHEN PROGRESS SLOWS

Is this a plateau, or one off session?

You want to know
Whether the same lift has stopped moving forward.
Relevant history
Comparable sets for that exercise across multiple sessions, plus available training context.
How Core may help
Review repeated performance changes and surface a possible plateau only when the evidence is sufficient.
Decision to consider
Gather more comparable history, stay the course or review a supported progression adjustment.

02 · TRAINING CONSISTENCY

Have you followed the routine you planned?

You want to know
How regularly your completed workouts match your intended training.
Relevant history
Logged sessions over time and supported consistency or adherence signals.
How Core may help
Make recurring patterns easier to notice, while accounting for the records available.
Decision to consider
Keep the schedule or review whether a different weekly rhythm fits your life better.

03 · TRAINING BALANCE

Is your training distributed as intended?

You want to know
Whether your logged work reflects the areas you mean to train.
Relevant history
Recorded exercises, trained areas and supported movement-pattern information.
How Core may help
Surface a pattern worth reviewing without treating incomplete records as the whole picture.
Decision to consider
Keep your current priorities or adjust what you plan to train next.

These are illustrative use cases, not guaranteed beta features. Core's analysis capabilities are developing and depend on supported workflows and available training data.

SMARTER TRAINING DECISIONS

A useful next step starts with the right context.

Core is being developed to help you consider whether a performance change matters, whether there is enough history to call it a pattern, and whether a small adjustment is worth reviewing.

CHECK

What changed?

Compare the current workout with relevant previous performances.

ADD CONTEXT

Is this a pattern?

Consider recent training and any context you have shared before drawing a conclusion.

CHOOSE

What could come next?

Review supported progression ideas or use Training Focus to prioritize an area.

Core can offer context and supported recommendations. You remain in control of your training decisions.

WORKOUTS THAT CAN ADAPT

Make a practical change without rebuilding everything.

Training plans meet real schedules. Supported Core workflows are being developed to help edit a workout, replace an exercise, shorten a session or make selected changes to a training week.

When a workflow proposes a change, you can review the details and confirm before applying it. Availability and supported actions vary by workflow; Core does not autonomously take over your program.

BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER

Support that follows the workout.

BEFORE

Prepare

Use relevant goals, plan details and recent training to get ready for the session.

DURING

Train

Bring supported exercise history and active-workout context into questions and set-level decisions.

AFTER

Review

Look back at recorded performance and understand which next steps may be worth considering.

These connected workflows are part of Core's development direction. The full experience is pre-launch.

CONNECTED WITH IRONYOU

One training ecosystem. Distinct tools.

Core can use supported context from the relevant IronYou experiences. Each product area has its own purpose; availability depends on the feature and its development stage.

The public Strength Rank Calculator is available separately from the pre-launch application.

These systems remain distinct. Core does not automatically control or access every feature in the IronYou ecosystem.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE

One set is a result. Its history gives it context.

Imagine your Bench Press changes from 80 kg × 8 last session to 80 kg × 9 today.

PREVIOUS SESSION80 kg × 8CURRENT SESSION80 kg × 9Illustrative numbers, not real user data.
  1. RECORDED DATA

Both sets are logged for the same exercise.

  2. CONTEXT

Core can use relevant supported history and available workout details.

  3. INTERPRETATION

The comparison shows one more rep at the same weight; one result alone does not establish a long-term trend.

  4. NEXT DECISION

Consider whether to repeat the load or make a change, using your program and judgment.

Core's role is to help interpret supported training context, not to promise an outcome. A single weaker session—such as 80 kg × 6 after 80 kg × 8—does not by itself prove a plateau.

This is an illustrative scenario, not a real Core conversation or generated response.
