CORE · WORKOUT GENERATOR
IN DEVELOPMENT · IRONYOU IS PRE-LAUNCH
An AI Workout Generator Built Around Your Day.
Short on time? Limited equipment? Training somewhere new? Core is being built to help turn your situation into a practical workout you can review, adjust and track in IronYou.
The public generator is not available yet. Early Access provides product updates, not immediate access to the complete application.
REAL TRAINING DAYS AREN'T IDENTICAL
A good plan still has to fit today.
Workout templates are useful starting points. But your training day can look different from the plan: maybe you're in a hotel gym, have 25 minutes instead of an hour, or need to work with the equipment in front of you.
“Full gym, 60 minutes.”
“Hotel gym, 30 minutes.”
“What can I reasonably train here?”

BUILT AROUND THE DAY YOU HAVE
Start with your real constraints.
A personalized workout generator should account for more than a muscle group. Core is being developed around practical inputs that can shape today's session.
Use what's available.
Dumbbells at home, basic equipment in a hotel gym, or the setup at your usual gym. Available equipment can help shape eligible exercise options.
Set a realistic time boundary.
A 20- or 30-minute session can call for a different scope than a longer workout. Shortening is supported where the workflow allows it.
Give the session a focus.
Describe what you want to train today, such as an upper-body session, within the goals and options supported by the planning flow.
Keep today in context.
A one-off workout can respond to your current circumstances without automatically replacing your wider routine or program.
Not every equipment combination, request or training constraint is supported in every workflow.
ILLUSTRATIVE WORKOUT EXAMPLE
30 minutes. Dumbbells. A focused session.
Imagine someone wants a general strength and muscle-development session at home or in a hotel gym, with dumbbells and about half an hour.
Full-body dumbbell workout
| Exercise | Sets × reps | Rest |
|---|---|---|
| Dumbbell floor press | 3 × 8–10 | 75 sec |
| One-arm dumbbell row | 3 × 8–10 / side | 75 sec |
| Goblet squat | 3 × 8–10 | 90 sec |
| Dumbbell Romanian deadlift | 2 × 8–10 | 90 sec |
The shorter exercise list and two-set final movement leave room for setup, transitions and a brief warm-up. Actual session time depends on pace and rest.

MORE THAN A GENERATED WORKOUT
Make the session part of your training history.
A standalone generator gives you a routine to take somewhere else. IronYou is designed to connect a proposed workout with the training you actually complete and log.

- 02Review
- 03Train
- 04Log
- 05Understand
Keep the exercises and sets together. See previous performance when relevant. Build exercise history across workouts, then explore progress and supported Core coaching as those experiences become available.

REVIEW BEFORE TRAINING
A proposal you can check before you start.
Core's workout proposal follows a review-and-confirm approach. The user remains in control of what gets applied.
- Review the proposed session
Understand the workout before deciding to use it.
- Make supported adjustments
Exercise alternatives, workout edits and shorter sessions depend on the available workflow.
- Confirm changes yourself
Core does not silently apply every proposal or take over your training plan.

COMMON QUESTIONS
About IronYou's AI workout generator.
What is the IronYou AI Workout Generator?
It is a planned Core experience for proposing an individual workout around practical details such as available time, equipment, goals and supported constraints. IronYou is pre-launch, and the public generator is not available yet.
Can I generate a workout based on my available equipment?
The intended workflow can use equipment information, such as dumbbells or a hotel gym, when supported by the request. It may not support every combination or constraint.
Can I create a workout for 30 minutes?
Time is one of the practical details the planned individual-workout experience is designed to consider. A 30-minute example on this page is illustrative, not a live Core result.
Does Core generate individual workouts or weekly plans?
This page is about a one-off workout for a particular training day. IronYou's authenticated planning experience also supports workout plans, including weekly plans; that is a broader planning workflow in the pre-launch application.
Can I review and change the workout before training?
Core uses a proposal and confirmation lifecycle. You review a proposed workout before applying it. Supported edits and alternatives depend on the workflow.
Can I track a generated workout in IronYou?
The intended experience connects workout proposals with IronYou's workout logging and history, so users can record what they actually did. The full application is not publicly available yet.
