IRONYOU HUB · PRE-LAUNCH
Share Your Workouts. Celebrate Your Progress.
Every workout is part of your story.
IronYou Hub connects the training you log with a social experience where friends can follow your progress, discover shared workouts and celebrate your achievements.
From completed sessions to new personal records, your training can become something worth sharing.
IronYou is preparing for public launch.
FROM LOGGING TO SHARING
How Can You Share Workouts With Friends?
IronYou Hub connects workout activity from your training log with a social feed.
When workout information is available through Hub's sharing and privacy settings, people with permission can explore supported workout details and achievements.
This connects your social activity to workouts recorded in IronYou instead of relying only on manually written updates about your training.
Your training history remains part of the workout tracking experience, while Hub makes supported progress information available socially.
Automatic sharing is opt-in. In Hub settings, you can enable automatic sharing of completed workouts and choose Friends or Public as the default audience. Private is not an eligible automatic-sharing audience.
ACTIVITY WITH CONTEXT
Your Training. Your Friends' Feed.
A workout is more interesting when you can see what happened during it.
IronYou Hub brings supported workout activity into a social feed, helping you stay connected with the people you train alongside.
Follow your friends' sessions, discover their recent achievements and explore the workout information they're allowed to share.
Whether someone completed another session or reached a new milestone, Hub connects those moments to their training.
The Following feed shows shared workouts from mutual Hub friends when sharing and visibility settings allow. A separate For You feed can surface recent public workouts from non-private profiles.
Workout Feed is part of the IronYou experience, not a separate social network disconnected from your training log.
Feed cards can show a workout name, completion time, duration, exercise and work-set counts, and a short exercise preview. Opening a shared workout shows its recorded exercises and sets, when you have access.
THE TRAINING BEHIND THE ACTIVITY
One Workout. More Than Just Numbers.
Imagine finishing a chest workout.
You've recorded your exercises, weights and repetitions in IronYou.
Your Bench Press performance looks like this:
- Set 160 kg × 10
- Set 260 kg × 9
- Set 360 kg × 8
Those numbers are part of your training history.
When supported workout information is shared through Hub, your friends can explore the session behind your progress, subject to the relevant visibility settings.
If the workout includes supported achievements, such as a personal record, those milestones can add more context to the activity.
The result is a social experience connected to your actual training records.
This is an illustrative workout, not a real user's training data.
MILESTONES WORTH NOTICING
Share the Moments That Matter.
A new personal record. A stronger lift. A new strength rank.
Some workouts deserve a little extra recognition.
IronYou Hub connects supported training achievements to recorded workout activity, helping friends discover and celebrate important milestones.
Because progress feels even better when someone notices how far you've come.
Workout highlights can include personal records and supported strength rank increases when they are present in the completed workout. Not every workout has an achievement summary.
ENCOURAGEMENT, CONNECTED
Give Your Friends Something to Celebrate.
A friend's progress can be motivating even when you're training at different times.
IronYou Hub brings social interactions closer to the workouts behind them.
Recognize achievements, support your training partners and stay involved in each other's progress.
The goal isn't just to see another workout.
It's to give the people you train with another reason to keep going.
On shared workout details, you can like a workout and leave comments. Hub also supports comment replies.
YOUR AUDIENCE / YOUR CHOICE
Your Workouts. Your Privacy.
Not every training session needs an audience.
IronYou Hub includes profile privacy and following controls that help determine who can access your shared workout information.
Private profiles and follow requests give users additional control over their social connections.
Automatic sharing is off unless you enable it. You can choose Friends or Public as its default audience; completed workouts are not automatically shared to a Private audience.
For a Friends workout, access depends on an accepted mutual Hub connection. Public workouts follow their public visibility setting, with blocking rules still applied.
Your progress is personal. Sharing it should happen on your terms.
TAKE THE NEXT STEP
From Sharing Workouts to Comparing Progress.
Sharing a workout is only one way to connect through training.
IronYou Hub also lets you open an authorized shared workout and use Core-powered comparisons to review the recorded performance against your own exercise history.
This gives friendly competition a place within your existing training data.
